I bought my first house with Dave May 2024. Dave was amazing at getting me the first viewing appointment, assisting me in making an offer and negotiations. Very knowledgeable and personable. Both Dave and Randi were amazing at answering my many questions. Would highly recommend if buying or selling a property or home in the Alberni Valley.
