Dawn worked with me in a seller’s market. I do not like to make major decisions quickly, but there was no room for pondering or offers with contingencies. The whole process was ridiculously quick, but it was successful. However, what stands out is when I had an issue a few months after possession. Dawn really went out of her way to investigate. She doesn't see her role ending when the papers are signed. She genuinely wants you to be at ease and love your home. I have high standards and expect professionals to deliver – Dawn did not disappoint.
