Dennis was an absolute gem to work with when we sold our home! From start to finish, Dennis guided us through every step of the process answering any questions we had, making us feel supported during the whole experience. He listened to our needs and aligned his efforts around our goals and timelines.
We appreciated his expertise and thoughtfulness around strategy for our home, which ultimately resulted in a quick sale (5 days), a happy selling price for us, during a time when sales were typically slow. We would highly recommended Dennis Sepulveda for real estate needs in the Lower Mainland!
