It was great Pleasure working with Doug and Marjorie and Kevin. The help me to purchase my 1st home in Canada .Great experience, I will recommend other people and friends to Them and I will work with them again
When did the second walk through it was not meeting the expectation and talk to seller get some work done it to meet the expectation.

Thank you for your kind review. When we did the walk-thru on closing we could tell you were not happy. The tenant had patched holes in the walls without sanding and had used mismatched paint on the walls. The seller was great, he wanted you to be happy. We were able to negotiate that the bad walls were professionally repainted and the damaged carpet was replaced. So glad you are happy with your new home.
