We had the pleasure of working with Kuya Edmer Gatchalian, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Kuya Edmer was able to strategize the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new one seamlessly, carefully arranging the completion date to give us enough time to move into our new home. He always acted with our best interests in mind, especially understanding and supporting those who are new to Canada, which made a huge difference.
