Eric Standel

I was an out of town buyer, Eric went above and beyond helping me secure a place. He offered his opinion on all house showings, highlighting the pros/cons. All emails were answered within 24 hours. Eric was a great contact for other house services (e.g. electrician, lawyer, windows). He made me feel like his #1 client, even though I know he was busy with other clients. Eric also has an easy going nature, making it very easy to communicate with him. I will use him for any future real estate business.
