Gord and Tracy helped us to sell an old family cottage in 2018, and then to buy a new cottage before the year was out. I was impressed by the work Gord and Tracy did to stage our cottage for sale. They identified numerous ways to improve the overall appearance, including minor repairs and storage of clutter at their own expense. The price established for the listing generated a lot of interest and some competing offers. I think the marketing was bang on.
