Incredible experience with Gord Waites and his team! I’ve worked with a lot of great realtors in my day, but Gord was nothing short of exceptional. Gord and his team focus on the Muskoka area and we were able to find our dream lakefront home in less than a year. I was so pleased with how patient he was, making it very clear that his only goal was the same as ours: finding the best place possible no matter how long it took. Gord was also extremely responsive and communicative. He’s honest and cares SO much about his clients. He even messages you months after you moved in to make sure you’re happy!
