Her knowledge of the local market, communities, historical housing prices and local personalities gave us an edge on that market that we wouldn’t have found with anyone else, and that allowed us to find the house of our dreams! She provided us great guidance, had phenomenal and professional communication, and negotiated hard on our behalf.
