I couldn’t recommend Jodie enough. We needed to sell our place in Vancouver before buying in the Comox Valley, and over a six-month period we made several trips over to view homes. Jodie was incredible throughout. She always made time for us, organized well-planned viewing schedules, and checked in regularly. She understood exactly what we were looking for and consistently sent us listings she thought we’d love — and she was always right. Once we finally sold our place in Vancouver and were ready to make offers, she made the entire process seamless. She offered great advice, arranged inspections, and guided us every step of the way. On move-in day she met us at the house with thoughtful gifts and followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well.
