Joh is the best of the best! he has not only helped me and my partner purchase our first homes at 20 and 21 but also helped my mom and aunt purchase as well. He gave us his honest opinion on homes and what we should expect. He negotiated above and beyond. The process was smooth and clean on his part as he kept us up to date everyday.
