We recently bought our new home and property through Joy and couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. We were buying from out of province (Ontario) but Joy was always quick with correspondence and information whenever we needed it. Additionally and importantly, she was always cheery and a pleasure to deal with throughout our buying process.
