Julia was knowledgeable, and professional in all her dealings with us. We appreciated her positive personality, her responsiveness to any questions that we had, and her deep understanding of the real estate market in Ottawa. She is an excellent negotiator, and we felt confident with the advice she gave us. We would definitely recommend Julia to anyone buying or selling a house.
