June was amazing, and helped us every step of the way. She had a solid strategy for selling our existing home, and getting the best value in the current local market. The sale price set a new benchmark in our neighbourhood - well over asking - and we know we wouldn't have achieved that without June's support throughout the process! And for the purchase of the new house, once again June had clear understanding of the market in the new neighbourhood, provided a plan for presenting our offer, and helped us keep our nerve during the process. June helped to organize all the inspections including some specialist inspections, and handled all the interactions and our requests for information with the sellers agent in a very professional, organized, and timely manner. And for both transactions, June helped us with obtaining the information required by the solicitors and lenders. so even that part of the process was seamless and stress free. As I said, June was amazing - we couldn't have asked for anything more. Communication was excellent, great knowledge of the market, helpful advice including explaining 'why', and achieved great outcomes for us on both the sale or our former home and purchase of our new home.
