I was thankful I met Katherine one Sunday and my Lawyer asked me the following Monday if I had a Realtor and I had asked for her business card. When When i met her I said I may need you in the new year as I knew we would be listing our house For Sale. Right away she was there for me and served me each step of the way. She was easy to talk to, always available, explained the process and made the whole process smooth. I'm not tech savey but she showed me and helped set up my new laptop and phone so I could use them. Doing all the bookings on line was efficient and worked well. Her appraisal of the home was CORRECT and we had 12 showings and received three offers. She carried through each step efficiently and professionally. She was trustworthy and confidential. Selling your home is both emotional and physical but her confidence and assurance helped me. She went above and beyond what is expected of a REALTOR.
