Kathy is a true professional, she knew her facts and made sure to set my expectations right and delivered on it. Besides getting the price I wanted, the way she dealt with the tenants and how clearly and respectfully she treated them was what made this transaction so smooth and pleasant. Not only have I recommended her to my friends, I am working with her on another sale and look forward to keep working with her.
