Very accommodating and a great bank of knowledge that was able to assist with any and all questions! As well Manuela was great at explaining everything and making it understandable for a first time home buyer, as well as laying out expectations and next steps the whole way through the process. Offed much advice to help view things from different perspectives as to not get caught up with “blinders on”, helped me notice and identify aspects of homes I liked while helping me narrow in on my must haves in a property.
