Mattin did an amazing job with finding us our dream home. He worked with us for about 6 months looking for a home; we were very picky and he was so patient. Mattin genuinely cares for his clients and personally invests himself in the search. He always gives quick and clear responses to any questions. He knows the market well and gives great advice. He is aggressive when presenting offers but never once put any pressure on us. Mattin is very good at giving a thorough look at each home and pointing out things you may have missed - it’s so easy to overlook things when you’re excited about a property. In an environment where home inspection conditions are not a viable option it’s extremely valuable to have an agent that is so thorough. Without Mattin’s advice on the timing of selling our home versus buying a new one, we almost certainly would not have been able to afford the home we ended up purchasing. I would highly recommend Mattin. In the extremely unlikely event that we move from the home he helped us find, he will be our first call. He is great to work with - and after all this time we spent with him, we’re really going to miss him!
