Mike sold our condo in December this year, in a week! We have now had 10 sales/purchases with Mike over the last 15 years and we couldn’t imagine ever using anyone else. Mike is organized, has a very distinct marketing plan, and it works every time. He has supported us through different ideas in real estate, researching for us and tirelessly finding out details that help our decisions. We will be leaving Vancouver for our next move...and will have to figure out how Mike can sell that Condo when the time comes too. He’s simply the best. Janice and Dan Guimond
