Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I sold my property through Nishan. My property was sold within 2 days and got us 20K over what I expected. I think credit also goes to his staging team, who did a marvellous job. I also bought a property through Nishan. I looked at countless properties over a period of a month and a half, only until I was satisfied with the property and he negotiated the best price for me despite I was ready to pay the asking price.
