Paul is a pleasure to work with.He was amazing helping get the house ready for listing. Even helped paint the house. Where have you ever heard a realtor do that? His wife Susan did an amazing job staging the house and made it look so welcoming for potential buyers. We had it sold in less than a week for over asking and Paul was great in the negotiation process with the buyers. I've worked with many realtors and Paul is by far the best.I would highly reccomend him whether buying or selling a home.
