Richard knows real estate and the Canmore market very well. He is also very calm and good negotiator. When I was in a turmoil and stressed about it all, he was able to calm me down and wait for the right fit for me. I could keep going but bottom line is that I strongly recommend Richard for your real estate needs in Canmore!
