Sylvia Hogeveen

This October I made the decision to purchase my first home. Being able to purchase a home is a blessing to me and I have dreamed of it all my life! It was one of the biggest decisions I'll ever make and I could have been very nervous. Sylvia is down to earth, knowledgable, she takes her time to understand individual wants and needs, and she has a way of putting you at ease. Sylvia negotiated in my best interest and I never felt rushed or persuaded. I am thrilled with the terms of my closing, my new home, and the overall experience of working with an individual who cares.
