Myself, my husband, my sister & brother-in-law have been actively watching the market for the last 3 years with hopes of finding the perfect lake property that both families could enjoy together. When we decided to start booking showings in the Shuswap area we were referred to Armin’s team by our Realtor in Kamloops. Armin is incredibly flexible with dates & times and is willing to accommodate to our schedules. Trying to get all 4 of us together to view properties is somewhat challenging but he always made it work, even when we told him we are not in a hurry to buy and it may not happen until next year. In the beginning we described what kind of property we were looking for. Clearly Armin is familiar with the market in the Shuswap area and was diligent at emailing us new listings within our criteria. He is very thorough when explaining processes (ie: foreclosure process), has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to zoning, rentals, strata rules, new builds and any other questions we had for him. The quality in a realtor who has the courage to advocate for themselves is admirable. In this case, particularly when challenged with information regard to zoning bylaws and short-term rentals. Armin quickly became familiar with what we were looking for and spontaneously suggested 1 more property after a day of viewing. This property ended up being the property we purchased! It was a pleasure meeting Candace the day we took possession. She seems to be very familiar with the area and also very knowledgeable. We appreciate so much that she took the time to clean the ash from the decks causes by the wildfires this year. I (we) would absolutely 100% recommend the Hosseini Team to anyone shopping the market in the Shuswap area.
