Bill was pleasant to work with, did his research on the area and kept us informed. Covid restrictions affected the market so in terms of assessing skills and communication for multiple offers and how that might have benefitted us as clients was limlited. Otherwise Bill was friendly, professional and efficient and we would recommend him to others.
