I love my job and have so for over 30 years. Having started my career in 1988, I have seen both great real estate markets and dismal ones too. But like Alex Baldwin said in the movie Glen Gary, Glen Ross “It takes B***s B***s To Sell Real Estate.” While that movie may hold a lot of truth in many ways it doesn’t really get to the heart of what makes a great realtor.
Selling Real Estate takes dedication and perseverance. It takes knowing yourself, knowing your clients and knowing how to negotiate under pressure all the while putting your client’s best interests ahead of your own ego and getting that SOLD sign on the front lawn.
