Genuinely couldn’t ask for a better realtor, especially for first time homebuyers. Gord makes sure you’re fully informed on the buying/selling process, all pros and cons of a property, and what you should be looking out for in the future. My partner and I never felt pressured in any direction by Gord which helped us make sure we were getting the property that worked best for us and our lifestyle. He’s very knowledgeable about neighbourhoods and their relevant histories as it might influence property values. Finally, he’s very hard working and literally willing to get his hands dirty, he was making calls for us on his birthday and got down on his hands and knees in dusty basements to check out sloped foundations. Can’t recommend him enough, one of a kind!
