I have never written a review before but after the exceptional service that I have received from Gyanesh Paliwal and his team, I feel compelled. I have been Working with Gyanesh for the past 12 years. In that time I have personally bought or sold 4 houses. Gyanesh has sold 3 houses for my friends (on my recommendation) and 2 for my parents. He is the ONLY real estate agent I trust. He is a great selling agent and an Exceptional buying agent. He may be the greatest negotiator I have ever known. For our current house he negotiated against the builder and got us a price UNDER what we were willing to pay. This past June he was able to negotiate a cottage property for us under what we thought we would get it for. In an over inflated hot market when other realtors are in bidding wars he got us 20% off!! (I also must have sent him over 100 listing to check he always happly checked them and reported back to me quickly). When we sold our house in Brampton Gyanesh got us the highest value on our street for our type of house. He always answers the phone always and is happy and has an amazing attitude. He is an absolute pleasure to do business with and makes the whole real-estate experience a true pleasure. He is more than a realtor at this point, he is a friend. I had an excellent experience with Akanksha Paliwal from Team Paliwal at RE/MAX! Akanksha helped me secure my first condo purchase. She understood my condo needs and preferences very well. Throughout the process, she was very helpful, friendly, courteous, professional, and prompt in responding to my questions and providing the requested information. She recommended appropriate starting prices on my offers without pressuring me to go too high, and she had good strategies for bidding and negotiation, which ultimately helped me get a great price on the condo purchase. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received from Akanksha and Team Paliwal!

Mr Paliwal helped me purchase a condo wherein I lived for 4 years and then he subsequently helped me sell the property. Through that process, I noted the following qualities about him: 1) Genuine Care: Throughout the buying process, the one thing that became evident to me was that I am a very picky person. Over a period of four long months, we visited an average of ~5 condos a week and by the end of it, I was getting tired and almost ready to give up, but throughout that process, not only was Mr Paliwal extremely patient with me, but also a huge positive reinforcement constantly reminding me that we will not settle for anything short of perfect. He took a genuine interest in what I wanted from my home and was committed to putting in all the effort required to get the result. 2) Resourceful Charmer: I was selling my property during COVID lockdown and my building would officially not allow more than one viewings per day. As one can imagine, you cannot sell a property without adequate viewings. To manage multiple bookings a day, Mr Paliwal would call up the concierge, security head, management office, or pretty much anyone who he could speak to, work his magic and in the end, somehow he managed to get the viewing done. Over a period of one month, we barely lost ~2 viewings due to the official policy, when we risked losing the majority of them! Shrewd Negotiator: Whether it was during the buying or selling time, in spite of all the data being against us, Mr Paliwal got me the $ figure that was the goal in my mind. He would spare me the details of how he did it, what did he have to say, what did he have to hear, what ancillary projects he had to offer up, etc., but he would get me the $ target. As they say, actions speak louder than words. I cannot recommend Mr Paliwal more as your trusted realtor, mentor, well-wisher, and friend. Best wishes!
