I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tamara. She was knowledgable about the properties in Summerland and showed me a variety of apartments, condos and townhomes initially, which assisted me in defining what I was really looking for and my must haves. She was quick to narrow the search to properties that suited what I wanted and needed. During our time working together she was kind, patient and very accomodating as I was travelling up from Chilliwack to view properties so we made good use of our time. Even though I received regular notifications about new listings, she often highlighted those that she thought would best fit what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Tamara if buying or selling a home.

Tamara has been the greatest help in selling our home as well as helping us find the one we wanted. Even when the one we really wanted went off the market she was really positive and encouraged us to keep looking. We were expecting to list our home for sale in the spring when the home we really wanted would be listed again and to our surprise it came back on the market in January which meant we had our work cut out for us. Tamara was so encouraging and guided us through the whole process. She is always on top of the things that really matter. She is an amazing friend and agent.

I had to relocate to Summerland in a short period of time for my job and Tamara went above and beyond to help my husband and I find the perfect place.
