Tamara is a highly professional individual. She took the time to get to know us in order to find out the details we were looking for in a home-and she succeeded. The home Tamara helped us find checks all of the boxes we wanted. Tamara responded to all of our questions/concerns in a very timely manner. Since we were first time home buyers, we were a bit overwhelmed with the process. Tamara was wonderful in assisting us through every step of the way. I would recommend Tamara for her punctuality, genuineness, and knowledge of the real estate process.

<p>She was very helpful and knowledgeable on how to market this difficult to self hotel condo at Summerland Waterfront Resort. She educated herself on all the the complexities of the hotel operation that were required in order to present it properly to prospective buyers. She also was open to suggestions on how to market the property to foreign buyers.</p>

Tamara is amazing. She is highly professional, incredibly hard working, and very likable. She is so dedicated that we always felt like we were her most important clients, and I have no doubt that she makes all her clients feel the same. We always had the sense that she wanted to help us get the house that was right for us, even if that meant waiting longer. We never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for her. She is well-connected locally so could recommend the other appropriate professionals who we needed to help us. I whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a highly skilled professional to guide them on their house-buying journey.

Tamara was the most professional and communicative realtor I've ever dealt with. To top it off, she's an awesome person. She stopped me from dropping the price too early, and from accepting lower offers because I was impatient and worried about the market. Tamara went above and beyond all my expectations. She started helping me before I was ready so she knew exactly what I was looking for when the time came. Once I was ready an offer was placed almost instantly. She helped me get the house of my dreams against a competing offer and sealing the deal!! Tamara looks at the small details not everyone looks at. Finds out the things you want vs don’t want and does everything she can to get you into something you want. Not settling for less. Can’t wait to work with her again!! (Well I can, I love my house, but she’s just THAT good!!!!)
