Choosing Tamara as our family’s realtor was a great decision. She made the entire process of buying our first home and moving 4 hours away a smooth and stress-free process. She was easy to get along with and helped us to feel comfortable duing the home buying process. She was always quick in her communications and answered any and all of our questions. I can't say enough good things about Tamara! She has a bright personality; she is professional, committed, knowledgeable, always available to answer questions and provide advise. She kept me updated throughout the process and never left me wondering what is going on or what to do next. Tamara went over and beyond to help me find the right place and to finalize this long distance purchase - taking pictures, videos, arranging home inspection on my behalf and even "taking over" dealings with my bank when I left country for a week in the middle of finalizing the purchase. From the very first conversation she was enthusiastic and genuinely interested in helping me and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. Tamara is an amazing agent, I would highly recommend her to everyone!

I can't thank Tamara enough for all her hard work and dedication on selling our property in Penticton. We live in another province than our property we listed with Tamara. She made sure to update us all the time on showings and potential offers coming in. She treated our tenants with respect regarding showings. Our tenants informed us she was the most amazing realtor to deal with. I personally don't think the sale of our property would have gone so smooth if it wasn't for Tamara. She always kept our best interest at heart. Tamara went above and beyond to help get some minor issues fixed with finding us a reliable repair person and meeting them in person on our behalf. Tamara went above and beyond in helping us find our home in the Okanagan. We were relocating from northern BC so finding a home proved challenging. We did some viewings in person with Tamara, but we were unable to find anything suitable in the short amount of time that we had in the hot Penticton market. Unfortunately we had to make this big purchase remotely. Tamara made that process much less painless than it could have been by lining up multiple properties that fit our needs and budget and by taking my mother out for viewings. By this time, Tamara had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for and she even took videos of the prospective properties. In the end we were able to find a great place. Every step of the way, Tamara was helpful, caring, and hardworking. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a realtor to anyone looking for a pleasant house purchasing experience!

Tamara was excellent at getting our home listed and showings lined up very quickly. She kept us apprised of every bit of interest and guided us through every step of our sale. She has so much patience and answered all our questions quickly and made sure we were on the same page. When it came to buying our new home, Tamara was excellent at booking viewings for us right away and providing comparables for us to look at.
