<p>Tamara was great to work with. She was able to show us around so that we could get to know the city. She was on top of negotiations and she was easy to get ahold of even during her family vacation to Disney.</p>

<p>Tamara helped us with our lot search which ended recently with us purchasing at Hunters Hill. It's taken a long time to find a lot that was just right. Tamara never gave up and was tenacious in tracking down information on potential subdivisions. She even put up with our last minute decisions to road-trip to Summerland to look at what was available. She is a great gatherer of information. If she didn't know, she was immediately on it! There was never a delay in getting anything from her.</p>

<p>Was down from Prince George to find a property to buy. My daughter in law recommended Tamara, she came running out of the gate and bent over backwards to assist me, when I was still in Summerland and then back in PG. She knows her stuff. I would recommend her to anyone. I bought in Oliver and she did all she could to make the purchase as painless as possible.</p>

<p>We really can't say enough about Tamara - she was wonderful through the whole process. She was patient with us, showing us house after house until we found the house that felt like home to us. She was always available for questions, feedback and encouragement. She was just as excited as we were to find our forever home.</p> <p>The house we bought had some delays (new build - occupancy permit) and Tamara stayed on top of the seller - making sure that things kept moving forward, making sure we were taken care of. She even stayed on top of things when she was out of town, three provinces away! Honestly, she has worked so hard for us, that I wish she could get the whole commission and not have to share it with the listing agent.</p> <p>I myself have never bought before and my partner hadn't bought since the 80s, so we were completely new the whole process. Tamara was so helpful in guiding us through the process. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. She truly cares and her enthusiastic personality is catching.</p>
