We decided to sell our property on Jan 2025 and we contacted Che Tylor. He advised us what to do, and after vacating the property he posted it the market. We expected that it will be in the market for a few months as we noted from the neighbourhood but to our surprised we got an offer in a matter of hours after the posting and 10% higher from our asking price.
