Long story short, Che was wonderful to work with and it felt as though we were the only clients he had given how responsive and on top on everything he was. We bought a home in Edmonton, and afterwards listed our old home Calgary. We of course had to use a different agent to sell our Calgary home, and the difference between our experience with the Calgary realtor vs Che really set the stage for how professional he is. Che came recommend by my father. We are extremely picky buyers and after months of searching for an Edmonton home, and losing a few to faster buyers, we realized when the rare opportunity came for a house we liked, we had to move quickly. After some failed attempts to buy as a result of our own slowness, the perfect house listed for sale on a Thursday afternoon and we were immediately able to set up a 10pm viewing with Che's help. We drove the 3 hours that evening and Che was already there keys in hand. We loved the home even more in person and Che put an offer in first thing the next morning, also submitting our cover letter. By noon the home already had three other offers, but we were the first to submit and as a result we got our dream house and couldn't be happier! Che kept us updated constantly at every single step which was great because we were terrified we might lose it to other offers, but the positive updates kept us sane. Lol! We looked at 7 or 8 homes before that and Che accommodated us no matter the time or day. He even did facetime walkthroughs on homes we weren't about to come see ourselves, and gave us his honest, straightforward opinion on each. I honestly don't know what he could have possibly done better or improved on. Responses were immediate, calls always answered, advice was always helpful and well founded, professionalism and knowledge was top notch, we never felt like we were bothering him and always felt like his top priority. All this on top of taking into consideration our experience with the Calgary realtor really cemented how good Che is at his job. The difference between the two was laughable. We highly recommend Che to all our friends and family and to anyone looking to buy a home in the Edmonton area. I don't think we'd have gotten our dream home without him and we're extremely grateful for his help. We now wake up everyday for the last 4 months knowing we got the best possible home at the best possible price, and that's been priceless. If you need a realtor who won't let you down, look no further.

I was looking for a quick sale after my tenant left so I did some research and came across Che's profile on google and we gave him a call. He worked hard to sell the duplex and we were kept up to date constantly. There was an issue with the condo docs that he helped sort out as well. I am very pleased with the end result and would recommend Che to anyone else who needs to sell.
