Shalon is one of the reasons that sellers should always get at least TWO estimates from prospective agents before selling their home. The first agent (whom we knew) presented an estimate. I cold-called Shalon (whom we didn’t know) and she came in with an estimate that was $150,000 higher than the first! We were floored, to say the least, with the difference assessments. This was not the only reason we chose her. The additional traits we saw in Shalon was her confidence, professionalism and awareness of the current market trends in the south Shuswap at the time. Not only that, her marketing skills and a professional team were amazing at completing our successful sale of our home. Other agents in the area do not even come close to the level of service Shalon provides, AND, they charge the same commissions, usually for poor photos and sub-par MLS listings.
