Warren was very helpful to us purchasing our first home. He was with us every step of the way from showing us listings, to our purchase to helping us find a home inspector, and giving us tips on the new home. Warren was an excellent agent who worked hard to sell our home in a challenging market. He is meticulous with paper work and did an excellent job describing each step in the process to us so there were never any surprises!

Warren made buying a breeze, he is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The house we bought had unfinished repairs that would have scared us off (as I’m sure they did other buyers) had it not been for Warren taking the time to go through all of the permits and inspection reports. Warren made himself available on any day at any time to help us find our ideal home and made the negotiations easy and quick. There is no-one else we would trust to help us.
