This review expresses our opinion regarding dealing with The Adam Farr Team during the recent sale of our home and subsequent purchase of another one. The sales process began with several services getting our property ready for the open market. These services had our property showing as well as it ever has, and we were feeling confident. During the “coming soon” part of the listing and during the listing itself, The Adam Farr Team employed an effective and customized marketing plan. Our home received multiple offers in only two days in a Buyer's market and sold over asking, which far exceeded our expectations of a final selling price as a result of skilled contract negotiations. After selling the house firm without any conditions, we started looking for the right property with Adam. After locating a desired location of interest, Adam set up a multitude of showings within that specific community. We found one on our first tour out with Adam that met everything that we were looking for. The house that we had selected already had an offer on it, but Adam was able to work effectively with the listing agent and was able to secure the property for us without us overpaying. We are writing this review because the entire Team's service was truly exceptional. We have high expectations when it comes to business, and the Team exceeded them at every single turn. The Adam Farr Team demonstrated that they are experts at what they do, and they have the experience to back it up. The Adam Farr Team displayed a strong work ethic, were completely objective, and provided data driven advice and rigorous negotiation skills that proved indispensable.
