Afshin helped us sell our house. He is a professional and very knowledgeable agent, in many aspects, including but not limited to market trends, house values, neighbourhood values and strategies for selling and buying houses. He is an excellent communicator and negotiator while being honest and transparent. He is very patient, which is a valuable skill for his job. He explained the options available to us clearly and informed us regarding the risks and uncertainties of the outcome of our decision. However, he was with us at every step to make sure to advise us for the best decision. He was with us to protect and present our best interest. We are so happy that we chose Afshin to sell our house.

I know Afshin since 2016 through our family friend, when my wife and I were considering to buy a property in Vaughan. We were so fortunate to have him as our agent since he helped us to find the right house for the right price in the right neighborhood. More recently, he was our realtor agent for selling our house. He successfully sold our house achieving right price. During the time of selling our house, he kept us in the loop every step of the process.
