I started working with Afshin having high expectations, mostly because of the excellent job he had done helping my sister and an old friend, and I can say without a doubt that the service I received from him exceeded my high expectations. Afshin is highly intelligent, has solid work ethics, and is trustworthy. In addition, he has a good knowledge of the overall market and a sharp eye to detect small but important matters about properties (both positive and negative) which have been very helpful for decision making. For each offer, he prepared an analysis but he has never been pushy or insisting on his point of view. I found his points/recommendations very useful and chose to act upon them, and I’m happy that I did. I’m in the midst of three transactions with Afshin, a buy, a sale, and a lease. The lease transaction is completed and we’re working on the buy and sale. Given the current volatile market and the high level of uncertainty, having a real estate agent on my side who is knowledgeable and trustworthy has been extremely valuable. I definitely recommend Afshin to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants as he genuinely cares about his clients and is passionate about his work.

He was been beyond helpful, answering any questions we had, and if he happened to not know the answer he always took the initiative to find it for us. It was always easy to communicate with him, his responses on every occasion was prompt. He took the time to walk us through every process, made the process quite smooth and was always proactive with properties he believed we would be interested in. This is our third time using Afshin's service for our real estate need. Looking for a desirable water front property in crazy hot market was not easy as most properties got sold in such a short time frame before we get a chance to check them out. Afshin made himself available based on our schedule to show us the water front cottages we were interested in, and acted so quickly on the cottage we liked to get our offer accepted before other buyers get a chance to send their offers. Also his in-depth knowledge of potential risks and problems with waterfront properties helped us to stay away from problematic properties. We are super happy with his professional service and will recommend him to all our friends and family.
