Working with Alanna Hollis was an outstanding experience from start to finish. When we traveled up to Edmonton, she dedicated two full days to helping us find the right place. She picked us up each morning, spent the entire day showing us around, and dropped us off in the evening—never once making us feel rushed despite visiting over 20 different properties. What really stood out was how personable and easy she was to talk to. Alanna has a deep knowledge of the Edmonton market, but she delivers it in such a relaxed, genuine way that it never feels overwhelming. It honestly felt less like working with a real estate agent and more like being shown the city by an old friend who truly had our best interests at heart. Even after we returned home to BC, her commitment didn’t slow down. She continued searching on our behalf and ultimately found us the perfect place. She organized and walked us through a detailed virtual tour, making the entire process seamless despite us not being physically there. Her communication, honesty, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence to move forward—and we did. We bought the place. Alanna goes above and beyond in every sense. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients are hard to come by. I would recommend her without even a moment’s hesitation.
