The seller of the house we bought was difficult which made the process tougher than normal. Alex was the calm in a storm and extremely helpful, it would have been a nightmare without her. Her attention to the small details we didn't think about when looking at houses was greatly appreciated and helped us save headaches for things we wouldn't have noticed. I am soooo glad we listed our house with Alex also. She was very helpful and informative in prepping our home to list and keeping it attractive to prospective buyers. I appreciated her honesty through the process instead of just telling us what we wanted to hear. Alex is very in-tune with the current market and helped highlight the qualities in our home that buyers were looking for.

Selling our family home became complicated when my husband suffered a major heart attack while preparing the home for listing. Alex jumped in and took care of finishing our house off and getting it listed for me while we were busy at the hospital and with appointments. Alex has an amazing eye/attention to details which were so helpful when prepping our house to sell and looking for a new home. She really ensured we found a home that worked for our family and helped close the deal. I found the whole process overwhelming but Alex made me feel at ease, she really had our back. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone buying or selling, she has your best interests in mind.

Alex assisted in selling our parents house and did an amazing job. She came over to the house frequently to share with mom, the current progress of the sale and kept checking if there was anything else she could do. Alex then clearly explained all the offers that were made. In the end, Alex was able to find a buyer that offered above asking price. Alex then greatly assisted us with advertising in selling some of the house contents. Her advertising resulted in us having many viewers see the house items and got a very fair price on many of the articles. Everyone in the family were so delighted and thankful for the work Alex did.
