Prompt, personable, and professional. Can't think of too many realtors who'll lay on the floor to help figure out how wide a room is when the measurements on the listing don't line up with what you're seeing! My purchase journey started as remote and Alex went out of his way to make sure I had anything I needed to see properties far and wide. Buying a home can be stressful as there are so many options and things to consider. Alex made the whole process so seamless. We never felt any pressure and truly felt he had our best interest at heart.
