Alex went above and beyond for our condo hunt! We were having some trouble finding a unit to lease in Toronto, until we were put into contact with Alex. Alex was super responsive and attentive to our search criteria. He was great about suggesting units we hadn't come across online and quickly arranging viewings whenever we contacted him. During our viewings, Alex was sure to point out details we were not even thinking of as soon as we walked through the door - there's a lot to consider in the short time you have to view a condo, so we appreciated that a lot. Alex knows every area downtown (and perhaps every building!), and would share a little about the area during viewings as well. Coming from Brampton, we enjoyed getting the lowdown from a local. The offer process can be a little stressful, but Alex made it quite comfortable! Alex took care to immediately let us know what he needed from us and call the listing agent to find out about any competition. Alex handled the documents for signature and submitted the offers - notifying us on every step of the process. Lastly, Alex is a super pleasant and generous person, who is great to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed hunting with him and thank him for bearing with us until we found the perfect home!
