A very busy realtor but has a supportive staff! I will use her again when the market gets better.the market will get better in 2026.

We would like to share the most positive experience we had with the local realtor here in Osoyoos named Alina Lovin,. She is this bubbly, very intelligent, young lady. We found a townhouse we fell in love with, and she spent time with us, researching looking, making sure we understood everything about the purchase and about the place we were purchasing. When we made an offer the owners of this place made a counter offer which we accepted because we didn’t want to lose this place, She stated she was frustrated because we had made a very good offer and she went back and negotiated to actually go back to the original offer we made. It was so unique to us to meet someone that cared so much about our needs. This all took place within two weeks before she was leaving to visit her mother in Europe and never did she say I’m too busy. Anyone looking for a realtor would be so fortunate to have her as she is truly honest and genuine.

I hired Alina Lovin to be my agent for selling an industrial property in the Buena Vista industrial area of Osoyoos. Due to the situation in which I found myself with a recalcitrant tenant this proved to be a tough assignment. Alina was invaluable working with me to facilitate the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She was professional and innovative with her suggestions to prevent my eventual sale from collapsing.
