We had the pleasure of using Alina as our realtor for the sale of our investment property. Our condo was sold less than a week with multiple offers over asking. (It was also the highest sold in the complex…. by a far stretch!!) She is kind and friendly, our long term tenants liked her very much which made the process quite smooth. Alina also has a wonderful website, with immaculate photos and videos. Her team consists of a professional photographer and videographer, which is essential these days.
