Not once, but twice. And when it came to the final purchase, he somehow managed to outdo himself yet again. I’ve never met an agent who literally put on muddy boots and trekked through wild terrain with us. We walked every inch of the property — multiple times — including one visit that turned into a three‑hour hike.
