When we first met Alket we found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of information with us about the local current real estate market, and gave us lots to compare with. As we got to know him a little better we found a very warm and personable gentleman who had nothing but the best end result in mind for us. He listened to and addressed all our concerns, gave us valuable advise - and had our farm sold in 6 weeks, for nearly full asking price! We are eternally grateful.

Sold my mom’s house during COVID-19. The house was on the market for two days when we had an offer and it sold within two weeks. Alket was great to work with. We hadn’t bought or sold for a number of years and he educated us on what was going on in the market. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He works hard at selling your property and getting it out there for all to see.
