We chose Alket Kulla to sell our house because of his professionalism and knowledge of the industry. Alket truly loves his job and it shows! He is extremely motivated, hard-working, and a real "go-getter", and that is what you want from an agent selling your home. We listed our house during the Covid-19 pandemic, and Alket followed all of the necessary protocols in order to keep us and everyone safe. He guided us through the selling process and answered any questions we had. He was extremely responsive and kept us in the loop at all times. Our house was sold after 1 day, that's impressive! Alket has been an absolute joy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the industry, understood perfectly what we wanted (more so than we did a lot of the time!), dedicated, and just plain fun to be around. He was able to get our house sold within a week and well above the price we were hoping for. Alket works non stop and always makes time to answer all of our endless questions.
