I chose to sell my home with Ariel and it was a great decision, my circumstances where somewhat complicated with my being out of Canada on numerous occasions through the sale. Ariel was consistent and timely in his communication and went above and beyond on many occasions, highly accommodating of the circumstances and always available to assist me with the process.

Extremely happy with Ariel. He was patient and always looking at the situation with cup half full. He did his homework well. And was updating with a phone call on weekly basis.

Ariel is truly awesome, he's the best realtor you can find in Calgary!! I'm from Vancouver, and that was my first real estate purchase in Canada (since I'm an immigrant who just moved at the beginning of the year), and OMG - Ariel walked me through the whole process from A to Z. He organized showings, and everything I needed via Zoom/WhatsApp, and I just came to Calgary for the closing date. It was such a surprising no-stress experience for me, I never thought it could be that easy! :) He's been dealing with hundreds of my questions, and assisted me with the right people (lawyers, property management company, etc.), he was making sure I have all information I need, and he was always supportive, kind, and never seemed to be bothered (yes, even after the 101st question from me!). So if you're working with Ariel - you're in good hands, and you can be sure you will have all questions answered, and overall - the best experience ever! Consider yourself lucky if you are able to engage Ariel Buenaventura for your property transaction because he will do everything to ensure you get the best bang for your buck and a great, seamless experience Ariel is extremely experienced, have loads of resources and connections and very knowledgeable about the industry. He went above and beyond the call of duty several times to ensure my transaction happened, closed as scheduled and I got great value. If not for Ariel, for sure my deal would not have happened as scheduled and I might even have totally lost the deal. I had a great experience with Ariel, communication through out was great, his negotiation skills great, and he was a joy to work with I will definitely work with Ariel again and would totally recommend him if you ever want to buy or sell a property. He knows his stuff!

All I can say is Thank You Ariel for taking care of us from the beginning of this journey to the end. We are from Toronto but you made it so easily accessible with the zoom meetings, requests, information needed to make it possible. Ariel is very accommodating and always on time or earlier than scheduled meetings. He walked us through with the right information and demographics of the area. He checked all the boxes and exceeded our expectations .He raised the bar with his expertise, knowledge and well informed data. He assisted us with the right people from home inspections and lawyer options. He always smiles and never seem to be bothered with inquiries. We Love the way he took care of us.
