We are happy we went with Ariel as an agent! He was incredibly helpful in explaining everything and would always answer our questions in a timely fashion. His team also did an amazing job creating the marketing materials for my condo listing. My property sold a lot quicker than I anticipated! We also appreciated his patience when it came time for us to look for our next property. When we would find a property, he would also write up an assessment of the market value which would help us in our decision of what we would want to offer. We would definitely recommend him, especially for people like us that don’t have a lot of experience buying/selling property.
